In IIQ v8.2, I am receiving a generic error - sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: [LDAP: error code 1 - Operations Error], when trying to add an entitlement for an account/id into an LDAP application (The account/id is not in the application, but is in IIQ). The Access Request has failed with the error. Does anyone has any idea what is causing the access request to fail? Thanks!
