I did the Assessment at Cleveland Clinic earlier this year before I moved to Sherwin. Cloud was still lacking two features we used - forms and workflows - but they have since been added. I was pushing to move to cloud asap as soon as we could sell it to the leadership. (Not an easy sell - especially when you need a lot of professional services in addition to the license costs).
