We are looking to generate a customer satisfaction score out of IIQ via a quick survey. Is anyone doing anything like this today? If so, please share what and how. Also I manage a team of 14 IAM Operations Analysts who fulfill requests for access in Sailpoint IIQ and wanted to link up with other managers of IAM Ops teams - if this is your role I'd appreciate your reply. Just looking to share info, bounce ideas off, etc. thank you!
