We have integrated ServiceNow ServiceDesk to create RITMs for disconnected applications in IIQ 8.4p2. However, we’ve noticed that the PlanInitializerScript is being triggered twice specifically for the Remove operation. As a result, two RITMs are being created for the same request, even though the Access Request only displays details for a single RITM.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, were you able to identify the root cause or find a way to control or prevent the duplicate execution of the script?
