New SaaS Connectors - UKG Pro Core HCM, SuccessFactors LMS, Oracle Fusion HCM Accounts and Duo SaaS

Hello Everyone,

We are super excited to announce the rolled out of new SailPoint SaaS connectors in the Identity Security Cloud as following-

UKG Pro Core HCM SaaS
SuccessFactors LMS SaaS
Oracle Fusion HCM Accounts SaaS
Duo SaaS

These SaaS Connectors do not require a Virtual Appliance to run and provide SaaS-SaaS connectivity for UKG Pro Core HCM, SuccessFactors LMS, Oracle Fusion HCM Accounts and Duo systems.

UKG Pro Core HCM SaaS Connector

The SailPoint UKG Pro Core HCM SaaS connector securely connects with the UKG Pro Core HCM system. This connector aggregates employee data from the UKG Pro Core Module, which acts as source of employee records and also supports the update operation.

High-level capabilities:
- Account Management
  - Aggregate UKG Pro Core HCM employee records
  - Delta aggregation to sync changes from UKG Pro Core HCM
  - Additional schema attribute support
  - Aggregation of records based on future hire, terminations, and various employment status
  - Update account provisioning
  - Support for aggregation and update of custom user defined attributes
  - Support for aggregation of platform configuration attributes

SuccessFactors LMS SaaS Connector

The SailPoint SuccessFactors LMS SaaS connector securely connects to SuccessFactors LMS and provides governance capabilities for the accounts in the SuccessFactors LMS system.

High-level capabilities:
- Account Management
  - Manage SuccessFactors LMS Users as Accounts
  - Account Aggregation
  - Account Provisioning (Assign/Unassigned groups to User)
  - Add/Remove Entitlements
  - Entitlement Management
  - Manage Items, Curricula and Programs as Entitlements

Oracle Fusion HCM Accounts LMS SaaS Connector

The SailPoint Oracle Fusion HCM Accounts SaaS connector securely connects to Oracle Fusion HCM Accounts and provides governance capabilities for the users in the Oracle Fusion HCM Accounts system.

High-level capabilities:
- Account Management
  - Manage Oracle Fusion HCM accounts as Accounts
  - Aggregation
  - Create Account
  - Update Account
  - Enable, Disable
  - Change Password
  - Add or Remove Roles
  - Access certifications (certification of entitlements connected to accounts)
- Entitlement Management
  - Manage Oracle Fusion HCM data role, abstract role, and job role as Entitlements
  - Aggregate Roles

Duo SaaS Connector

The SailPoint Duo SaaS connector securely connects to Duo and provides governance capabilities for Duo users and Duo administrators along with the associated groups, administrative units, and other attributes as supported by the Duo system. This connector has the flexibility to manage either Duo user or Duo Administrators or both the types of accounts within a single Duo source.

High-level capabilities:
- Account Management
  - Manages Duo Users and Administrators as accounts.
  - For Duo Users
    - Aggregation, Refresh Accounts
    - Create, Update
    - Enable, Disable, Unlock
    - Add/Remove Phone Attributes
    - Add/Remove Entitlement
  - For Duo Administrators
    - Aggregation, Refresh Accounts
    - Create, Update
    - Enable, Disable
    - Change Password
    - Add/Remove Associated Administrative Units
- Entitlement Management
  - Manage Duo Groups and Administrative Units as entitlements
