Can anyone please help with this abnormal in IIQ we are facing.
Our IIQ is configured for working in both French and English for our users.
Each time a comment is added, the french apostrophe ( ' ) is converted into '
For example, "J'ai appové" becames "J'ai apprové."

Are you using the unicodes for the display of the accented characters? And, is this text in a label for a field or is it a value?

It happens when anyone type the plain text in the UI inside the comment box, not usnig the unicodes. So our users can have this issue too.
Christian told me he is aware of this bug with IIQ and SailPoint will need to provide the solution for us.

Same here. We are on 7.1 and it is still doing the same thing. This is a bug, just would like to know if it's in the process of being address or not?

Facing the same issue after upgrading to 7.1
After saving comments which has special charcater for ex( apostrophe or quotes),it is saved with some random characters ".
It was working fine in 6.3 p4.
let me know if it is a bug in 7.x version.

Your CSM is the best one to ask on patch release schedule and efix availability. The 7.2p2 release is very soon, then most likely 7.1p5 next after that.
