SailPoint Installation Error

Hi team,

While running the installation & configuration step -

Launch the iiqconsole by running this command.

iiq console

I am getting error -

C:\SailPoint\tomcat\webapps\identityiq\WEB-INF\bin>iiq console

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'versionChecker' defined in class path resource [configBeans.xml]: Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to check IdentityIQ database version: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Access denied for user 'identityiq'@'localhost' (using password: YES))

Please help here.

Hello Vijay,

which database are you using.

Modify the iiq.properties accordingly. (username, password and the url)
