Time machine for non-spadmin identities

Time machine is a useful tool for administrators to test notification schedules. In some environments, testers or implementers may not have System Administrator sprights and may not have access to the spadmin account.

Attached here is a rule and task definition that may be used to increment time within IdentityIQ to test notification schedules without having to modify the system clock of the host, etc. This tool is unsupported and is discouraged to be deployed in a production environment.
