Here we have three applications Active Directory , Sailpoint IIQ and SCIM 2.0.
When a new group is created in Active Directory Application, Sailpoint Application should identify that and create that group in SCIM 2.0 Application.
In the same way, when a user is added to a group in Active Directory Application, sailpoint application should identify the same and create a account in scim 2.0 application.
