SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certificate won't print

I did my certified engineer exam, status shows successful and acquired but when click "print certificate" or view, or export; it just go blank

anyone else experience this?

Hi,

I encountered same issue. I only received SailPoint logo when I downloaded. PFA. Raised a support ticket today.

Any help is highly appreciated.  @arthur_altman
