SailPoint Identity Security Leader Credential Certificate

Hi All, 

Recently I have completed the SailPoint Identity Security Leader Credential program and assessment as well. But I have no longer access to the associated email address and did not receive the Credential certificate for the same.

Can anyone help me to change the email address and how can I download the certificate. Thank you all.
