Hi everyone! I’m Chelsea Šolc, Global Head of Customer Onboarding at SailPoint. My team and I are focused on transforming the onboarding experience into a strategic launchpad for our customers. A common challenge we help customers navigate is the rush to begin technical work without first aligning on a clear strategy. To solve for this, we guide them through critical program and technical milestones that build a strong foundation. This includes everything from early stakeholder alignment and resource enablement to completing key technical prerequisites for a smooth launch. By guiding them through these essential early steps, we help customers establish a strong foundation and set them up for long-term success in their identity security journey.
Outside of work, my focus shifts from building secure foundations for customers to building sandcastles on the beach or exploring new hiking trails with my family.
This month’s featured posts highlight practical ideas, technical guidance, and community conversations worth saving.
