Improvements to your community experience

We’re making some updates to our Compass community to make it easier to find the content you need. 

What’s changing? 

We’re streamlining and reorganizing some content areas within Compass to reflect how our solutions have evolved and to improve your overall experience. This includes: 

  • Page updates: We’ve merged and renamed certain content spaces to better align with our current product suite. 
  • Improved searchability: Behind-the-scenes updates to tags and metadata will make it easier to find the right content quickly. 
  • Updated navigation: Certain product-specific resources are being grouped more intuitively and the navigation has been updated to reflect that. For example all on-premise software content can be found in our IdentityIQ categories, and all of our cloud-based solutions content can be found in Identity Security Cloud spaces.

What This Means for You 

Don’t worry, no content is going away! However, you may notice some familiar top-level pages have moved or been renamed. Where applicable, we’ve applied redirects or on-page guidance in place to help you adjust without missing a beat. 

These updates rolled out this week and are part of our ongoing effort to make Compass a more powerful and user-friendly destination for the SailPoint community.
