Thank you for stopping by the Community & Identity University lounges at Navigate Austin this year; it was “Quack-Tastic” to meet all of you! Your journey in identity security doesn’t have to stop just because Navigate Austin has wrapped. I loved getting to meet so many of our wonderful community members and better understand how you’re using the Compass Community and Identity University to enhance your identity security expertise and experience!

As a Technical Advocate, I had the privilege of co-leading a Navigate Skilled Session that showcased the latest Identity Security Cloud features. We helped 65 students build the confidence to apply these capabilities in their own environments. But what I loved most was meeting our customers and partners face-to-face. Hearing their stories and seeing how they are solving real identity challenges every day made this work truly rewarding.

For me, nothing is more exciting than interacting with our customers and seeing the impact of our work. We design and deliver Skilled Sessions because we love collecting knowledge, refining it, and sharing it back with the community to help our customers and partners succeed. Visitors to our booth came with questions about Identity University, training experiences, and certification exams. Skilled Session participants brought insightful questions about the latest technologies and capabilities across our expanding product portfolio. Navigate not only gives us a first-hand look at what our customers need and value in technical enablement, it also gives us the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure we deliver on those needs together.

But now that Navigate is over, the journey doesn’t stop! To help you keep building on the momentum, we’ve pulled together this guide to make the most of your community experience.
