Meet Larissa Toigo: Elevating learning experiences 

As a Senior Learning Architect at SailPoint, I am dedicated to elevating learning experiences through innovative instructional design. I, along with the other Learning Architects on the Training and Certification team, have been working hard to enhance the Community webinar program to be more interactive and directly relevant to your real-world identity security challenges. In collaboration with the Technical Advocate team, we've created a blueprint for success that uses a "Problem > Solution > Impact" framework which incorporates more engaging elements through planned interaction milestones, shared related resources during the session you can refer back to, and a focus on demonstrating the tangible impact of SailPoint solutions. Our ultimate goal is to build trust, drive thoughtful conversations, and show that SailPoint is the industry expert with the solutions you need.

What's new with Identity University

Identity University recently shared new resources to help community members continue learning and prepare for success. The final installment of a three-part miniseries on SailPoint certification exams offers a closer look at how industry-standard exams are developed. Recent updates also include expanded instructor-led training offerings with additional language options, making it easier for customers to access classes in the language that best supports their learning needs.

I loved getting to meet so many of our wonderful community members and better understand how you’re using the Compass Community and Identity University to enhance your identity security expertise and experience!

As a Technical Advocate, I had the privilege of co-leading a Navigate Skilled Session that showcased the latest Identity Security Cloud features. We helped 65 students build the confidence to apply these capabilities in their own environments. But what I loved most was meeting our customers and partners face-to-face. Hearing their stories and seeing how they are solving real identity challenges every day made this work truly rewarding.

For me, nothing is more exciting than interacting with our customers and seeing the impact of our work. We design and deliver Skilled Sessions because we love collecting knowledge, refining it, and sharing it back with the community to help our customers and partners succeed. Visitors to our booth came with questions about Identity University, training experiences, and certification exams. Skilled Session participants brought insightful questions about the latest technologies and capabilities across our expanding product portfolio. Navigate not only gives us a first-hand look at what our customers need and value in technical enablement, it also gives us the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure we deliver on those needs together.
